In the Air




So far, I have decided that there are only two good reasons to take an airplane from A to B. 1: to save time. 2: the beautiful views. While flying into Detroit we could see very little because of the thick clouds below; however, once we broke through the clouds, something really beautiful happened. Just above us was a dark ceiling, and below was a large, flat lake. In several spots, light broke through the thick overhead clouds and made interesting patterns on the surface of the lake. Somehow, it makes the flight seem a lot less miserable when you have the chance to see something like that.
