Remembering Canada

While wondering around London, we happened upon a beautiful war memorial. This war memorial stood out from the many other memorials around London because of its beautiful maple leaves floating on two angeled slabs. The memorial attracted people who sat on the steps and read along with children who played on the stone, not realizing its importance. The memorial is for Canadians who gave their lives in both world wars. I later found a very interesting link that helped me understand the importance of the Canadian War Memorial; click here to visit.
