On the eve of Barbara’s departure, the Villa decided to go out and celebrate at a local restaurant called Mani-Man. Everyone had a great time because the food, the service, and the wine were all great. It was our first official introduction to Tuscan & Ligurian wine. Virginia and Barbara helped us with the decision making process and chose some great vino. Among our selections were: Poggio Trevvalle from Tuscany, Rosso Colline Savonesi from Liguria, and Riviera Ligure di Ponete.
