This footage is was shot on the piazza facing the palazzo dei Congressi in the EUR district of Rome. The amazing flight patterns of this unknown animal is quite beautiful and enchanting. The swarm could be composed of a cluster of insects or a drunken milieu of birds caught in screen-saver like flight pattern.
