Fatty Focaccia

For those of us lucky enough to abito a Genova, we get to experience the deliciousness that is focaccia, a flat oven-baked bread native to Genova. Every day, the bread box is magically filled with a new batch, and every day, we continue to stuff our faces. It has quickly become a new staple in our diets, and has the ability to transform a bad morning into a great morning after only a couple of bites. Pigeons, as witnessed in Piazza San Matteo, seem to share the same thought.
