Modena field copying Paul Strand's style

Paul Strand was an American photographer that I did research on. His subjects are often ordinary landscapes or hard working citizens. He rarely centers his pictures around the focal point, but rather he sets it slightly to the side.
When visiting Cimitero di San Cataldo by Aldo Rossi in Modena, I looked across the road and saw this scene. It was not what we came to visit, nor was it that extraordinary. But the irrigation channel draws you toward the stark white house in the background. The field pulls and beckons you to draw nearer to the house.
