Halloween in Camogli?

Where: Camogli, Italy
22 km outside of Genova, Italy
When: Sunday afternoon February 11, 2007

On Sunday afternoon we down the coast to Camogli, Italy. It appeared to be Halloween in the small seaside village with children in costumes, music and confetti sprinkled over all the streets. There were posters with the Camogli crest of blue and white on every corner with a celebration of dancing and drummer taking place in the streets. It seems the town was getting ready for Carnevale with a brigade of drummers and flags displaying the crest and a crown proudly.
