Our class went to Milan for one of our day trips. We got to see many aspects of Milan including the architecture, furniture designs, and fashion. While in Milan we chose to dine in style, eating at Nobu. This is a famous sushi restaurant not only because it is located in the Armani Store but because it is owned by Masaharu Morimoto. He is the Japanese chef who was on the popular television show "Iron Chef." The atmosphere was minimalistic and quite elegant, and the sushi was exquisite! I ordered (as seen in the photograph) the shrimp tempura roll, spicy tuna roll, and a salmon roll. These amazing pieces along with a cold glass of Sapporo created a superb lunch to remember. This restaurant comes highly recommended from all of us who ate at this amazing place.
