A "Moment" stumbled upon

While riding through an apartment complex in Amsterdam, we stumbled onto a former sewage treatment plant that had been converted into apartments. The remaining plant consisted of three concrete tank structures. The larger of the three tanks was converted into apartments. Openings were cut out of the tank wall and a rectangular structure was built inside. This structure is 4 stories high and houses one apartment per level. One of the other tanks is being used as bike storage and the third tank is for rainwater collection. Our professor Virginia summed up this simple oddity as a "moment" that is special to that particular housing area.
