SaloneSatellite Milano 2007, Granese Chairs

As a class we submitted our studio work to Salone Satellite 2007. The work that was submitted for the most part was light hearted and fun. It was encouraging to see smart designs that had a bit of playfulness to them.
One of the biggest hits was the
ONDA chair by Diego Granese. This chair made from one piece of steal and is not the most comfortable chair you'll ever sit in but it's passably the most fun. I was somewhat disappointed by the images of the chair on his website. I feel that Granese failed to grasp the appeal of the chair that was evident at Solone. Non the less it was my favorite project of the group, above is an image of Granese in his chair.
