Embassies of the Nordic Countries

The Embassies of the Nordic Countries encompasses the five buildings of Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland located all within one site. Designed by Berger + Parkkinen the five buildings embody the characteristics of the individual countries. The Swedish Embassy is the main one assessable to the public with a café on the top level and several Swedish art exhibits on the levels bellows, such as the fashion exhibit in the photographs. The Swedish Embassy is triangular in plan and bounded by a green copper façade of louvers. Completed in 1999 the embassy can be found among a neighborhood of many others embassies.
