Juliet

The House of Juliet Museum is located in a residence of Medieval origin, Casa di Giulietta. It is said to be the real home of Shakespeare's inspiration. Juliet's House has been a place of pilgrimage for travellers including such luminaries as Charles Dickens. The doors and walls surrounding the courtyard are covered with graffiti, notes, and gum left behind by tourist as a tribute. Before leaving most tourist rub Juliet's right breast for good luck.
